  • Work started in April 2017 to build five houses for affordable rent at Nursery Hill, Shamley Green.  These homes will be let to households on the Housing Register.
  • Building works started in July 2017 to build two houses for affordable rent at Sherrydon, Cranleigh, which will be finished in winter 2017-18.

Housing association affordable housing developments

In progress

  • Hyde Housing is building 50 new affordable homes at Amlets Park, Cranleigh as part of a larger development of 150 homes.  The first phases will complete in Autumn 2017.

Forthcoming developments

Planning permission has been granted for 60 affordable homes at Horsham Road, Cranleigh. See Planning Application record online: WA/2014/1754.

Planning permission has been granted for 27 affordable homes at Little Meadow, Cranleigh. See Planning Application record online: WA/2015/0478.

Planning permission has been granted for 128 affordable homes at Knowle Lane, Cranleigh. See Planning Application record online: WA/2014/0912.

Planning permission has been granted for 93 affordable homes at Knowle Park, Cranleigh.  See Planning Application record online: WA/2016/2207.
