To process the report, query or question we will need some basic information for you, this allows us to return an answer to you. We need:
- Your surname
- Your house name or number
- Your postcode
- The details of the problem or query
What happens next?
We will look into your issue and will get back to you within three working days. We may contact you if we need any other information, in which case we will text you.

- Texts are charged at your local standard network rate, please contact your network service provider for details of charges. We do not make any additional charge

- You must be aged 18 or over to use this service.

If you want us to update you with any changes to your recycling and rubbish collections, you can now sign up to receive text messages.

Please note that the use of SMS is voluntary. Waverley Borough Council is not responsible if a text is unable to reach the recipient in time or at all and does not accept liability for losses resulting from this.
We will treat any personal information in line with the regulations set out in the Data Protection Act (1998). Unless required to do so by law, we will not pass on any information we receive to third parties.
Information will be collected for known purposes like reporting faults, submitting enquiries or subscribing to information services.
This service is used at your own risk
