New planning application received for the Godalming Key Site
A new application has been received for the redevelopment of the Godalming Key Site, reference WA/2012/0453. The new application seeks the erection of 137 new dwellings on site, including 35 town houses and 102 apartments.
The application was valid from 28 March 2012.
The consultation period with neighbours and other consultees has formally ended.
