Code of Conduct

Waverley Borough Council has adopted a new Code of Conduct for its members under Section 28(2) Localism Act 2011.

The Code of Conduct is consistent with the principles of public life set out in the Act and disclosure of pecuniary and other interests.

The Code of Conduct took effect on 1 July 2012.

Each Town and Parish Council is required to publish its own Code of Conduct.  Links to the Code of Conducts are available on the individual Town or Parish Council websites.
