The way in which Waverley Borough Council collects customer opinions on the repairs service is changing.

In future, an independent research company recruited by Waverley called Voluntas will regularly telephone a sample of customers who have recently had repairs completed to their homes, and invite them to participate in a short survey which should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

If you are contacted in future by Voluntas, they will explain who they are when they call, they will tell you which repair they are calling about, and ask if you are willing to participate in the survey. They will not ask you any personal questions.

Voluntas is completely independent of Waverley and its contractors. They will treat any information customers provide as confidential, and we hope that this will give customers the confidence to be able to speak freely about the repairs service they have received.

This change will provide us with more detailed and useful information about what our customers think of the repairs service, which will in turn help us to shape the service to better suit our customers’ needs and expectations in future.
