At a Post Office or Paypoint shop

You can pay by cash at a Post Office or PayPoint retail outlet anywhere in the country using one of our rent payment cards. These can be requested from the Rent Accounts Team.

Staying up to date with payments

As a tenant you are responsible for keeping your rent payments up to date. If you are in danger of falling behind with your rent please contact us as soon as possible as we will often be able to help.
