Appointments
Two hour appointment slots
We know it is important that we carry out a repair at a time that suits you which is why we now offer convenient two hour appointment slots.
When you ring to make an appointment we can tell you within a two hour time frame when our operative will arrive at your home to start work. Please be available at your home during the appointment slot and until the repair is complete.
Missed appointments
If you are not in when our operative arrives we cannot complete the work. Missed appointments are costly, slow down our response time and deprive another tenant of a repair.
We understand that sometimes things change and you need to alter an appointment time. Please let us know as soon as possible by calling 0330 119 3000 if you can't make the time you've arranged and we can reschedule.
What happens if you are not in when we arrive?
If you are out when we call and we cannot gain access to your home we will leave a 'No Access' card and you will need to call us to make another appointment.
The job will be cancelled if we do not hear from you within three working days unless the repair is a health and safety risk and we will rearrange an appointment.
