BT customers seem not to receive their activation codes. (ei. a.smith@btinternet.com)


1.    Check junk mail or spam folder

2.    If spam folder not visible through outlook express try viewing through another browser

3.    Check junk mail or spam folder

4.    Alter your spam setting from maximum to allow mail to be received
