Do you pay other bills by direct debit? If so you can set up a direct debit to pay Waverley bills. Do you shop online? Waverley bills can be paid using our website (www.waverley.gov.uk) in much the same way as you order books or DVDs off of the internet. We can also take payments over the phone by debit card or credit card - dial our automated telephone service on 01483 861498.
However, if you wish to carry on paying by cash there are 50 locations across the Borough were you can make your payments to Waverley by cash (see below).
If you prefer to pay by cheque or debit card you can do so at the Post Offices (but not at the PayPoint retail outlets). Cheques should be made payable to "Post Office Ltd".
In order to make a payment you will need a document from Waverley with a barcode on it, such as a Council Tax bill or an invoice. Simply take this bar-coded document to the Post Office or PayPoint counter, make your payment and you will be given a receipt. Customers are advised to keep these receipts in a safe place.
You will be sent your bills, invoice or Housing document with a bar-code on it. As soon as you have them you can begin making your payments at a Post Office or PayPoint shop.
