Councillor Brett Vorley

Brett Vorley was born in August 1963 in Aldershot.

After Studying to become an Engineer he embarked on a very successful career in developing business technology companies.  As well as obtaining executive positions at several large blue chip companies, including BT, Siemens and Nokia he has also been involved in a number of very successful business start ups.

After studying at the London School of Business he set up his own business in 2001 which he runs today.

Brett has 3 young children and is actively involved in the community via them through both ballet, rugby and other sports including lacrosse and karate.  Previously Brett has been Chairman of Guildford Cricket Club. A keen and committed sportsman Brett is passionate about the benefits of sport for all!

The adequate provision of housing, both social and private for all people is also an area that Brett is fairly committed to along with the sustainable & thoughtful development of communities.

In his spare time Brett's other interests include history and martial arts and the exploration of exactly how green technologies can be properly and successfully deployed at a local level.  Brett has lived in the local area for some considerable time and is a committed life long Conservative .
