Councillor Julia Potts

Brought up and educated in Sussex , I spent many school holidays with family in the locality. After leaving school, l I lived in London, eventually moving back to the area in 1988, and living in Ash Vale before finally settling in Upper Hale, Farnham in 1997.

I worked for Max Factor, Procter and Gamble and Coty before setting up my own business, seven years ago, which specialises in Sales Training and HR Consultancy within the health, beauty care and retail industry.

I was Secretary of Park View Residents Association in Upper Hale and on the Farnham Crime Prevention Panel, Farnham Area NHW, and NHW for The Folly Hill Estate. I am also involved as a member of the Residents Community Committee with Farnham in Bloom, and I am committed to working with local residents to facilitate improvements to the many aspects of our local community.

In my spare time I enjoy walking, golf, reading and swimming.

Cllr Potts is a member of the Executive with responsibility for Leisure, Culture and Young People, Parks and Playgrounds as well as a member of the following Committees:-

• Joint Planning Committee
• SCC Local Committee
• Western Area Planning Committee.
