Councillor Elliot Nichols

I have lived in the Farnham area all my life and am deeply honoured to be able to serve my community in the capacity of Borough Councillor for Farnham Firgrove.  I care passionately about preserving Farnham's heritage and its environment. Equally, I am committed to ensuring that the town remains a vibrant and attractive business location.

After leaving school I worked in investment management before attending University College London. I have since worked in the constituency office of the local MP, Jeremy Hunt, and currently work as a paralegal secretary (European Law) for Nirj Deva MEP.  These experiences have led to my involvement in a number of local campaigns.  As a member of the Countryside Alliance I am determined to ensure that Waverley's rural surroundings and conjoining culture are protected and preserved for future generations.

In addition to being a practising Catholic and a serving Territorial, I am also a keen (albeit rather amateur!) sportsman and will be actively supporting the maintenance and best use of Waverley's recreational facilities.
