Councillor Stefan Reynolds

Stefan Reynolds was born in East Africa in 1970 where his English father and French mother were both working, and he moved to Godalming with his parents and sister in 1973. He studied locally at Busbridge School and the Royal Grammar School before embarking upon a career in publishing. 

He spent 18 years working in sales and business development for five publishers, including Dorling Kindersley and Penguin Books, before starting his own publishing businesses in 2009. His business, Vantage Publishing Ltd, publishes Round&About Magazine, which now has four monthly editions covering Farnham, Godalming, Guildford and Haslemere and a circulation of over 73,000 copies.

He is on the committee of GOLO - The Godalming Lottery, and is a member of the Lutyens Trust, the Godalming Trust, Brooklands Museum Trust and the Goodwood Road Racing Club. He is particularly interested in heritage issues, architecture, motoring, helping the local business community and the protection of our terrific countryside.

He lives in Elstead with his two cars and a slowly reducing wine collection, and enjoys spending time with his four god-children and at his family's house in South West France.

Cllr Reynolds is a member of the Executive and Portfolio Holder for Communications and Partnerships.  He is also a member of the following Committees:

• Emergency Advisory Group.
