Councillor Peter Isherwood

Peter was born in Coventry in 1937 and is married with two daughters and a son. He was educated at The Kings School, Worcester. He served as a Pilot in the Royal Air Force for 20 years before joining Shell where, for eight years, he was the Chief Pilot of the Aviation Department which operated four aircraft throughout the world on company business. Since 1995 he has been a Freelance Pilot and Aviation Consultant.

Peter has lived in Waverley for the last 26 years; firstly in Farnham and for the last 14 years in Hindhead. Hobbies include travelling, family, armchair sports and gardening.
