Annual Report
Take a look at our first Annual Report for the Housing service.
In April 2010 the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) became the national housing regulator and set out standards for us to meet. These standards are:
- Tenant Involvement & Empowerment
- Home
- Tenancy
- Neighbourhoods & Community
- Value for Money
The Annual Report sets out how we aim to reach these standards as well as information on how and what we have achieved in the last 12 months.

Is it worth reading I understand the TSA is or will be soon discontinued ?

There is a scheduled change to the TSA expected to take place on 1 April 2012.
The TSA will be abolished and taken over by a reformed Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

The Annual Report sets out what we have done over the last year and what we plan to do in the future. Regardless of changes to the TSA we are keen to continue publishing our progress, successes and future plans.
