Licence - late night refreshments: Outline
Under the Licensing Act 2003, you need a premises licence for late night refreshments.
A licence is required where premises are to be used between the hours of 11 pm and 5am for the sale of meals or refreshments to the public.
This can be to eat or drink on or off the premises.
